If you logged into your account and it says the order is "Fulfilled" but you haven't received a shipment notification email, then most likely your box hasn't shipped out yet. Our system automatically labels all orders as shipped on the day that the order goes through, even though it hasn't shipped yet.
If you placed an order before the cut off dates and you didn't receive a shipping notification then please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get back to you asap.
The order cut off date for the Signature Box is is the 1st of the month (January 1 to receive the January box). For the Tasting Box, the order cut off date is the 10th of the month (January 10 to receive the January box).
