My order says fulfilled but I haven't received it yet

If you logged into your account and it says the order is "Fulfilled" but you haven't received a shipment notification email, then most likely your box hasn't shipped out yet. Our system automatically labels all orders as shipped on the day that the order goes through, even though it hasn't shipped yet. 

If you placed an order before the cut off dates and you didn't receive a shipping notification then please contact us at and we'll get back to you asap.
