How do I change my shipping address?

*For Existing Customers: 

  • Signature Snakku Box: Please note all address changes need to be made before the last day of the month prior to month that you will be getting the box. (Ex: April box ships out on April 5, so all changes must be made by March 31). If it is past the last day of the month prior and you need to change your shipping address please contact us at hello@snakku.com
  • Tasting Box: All address changes need to be made by the 9th of the month that you will be getting the box. (Ex: April Tasting Box ships on April 15, so all changes must be made by April 9). If it is past the 9th of the month and you need to change your shipping address please contact us at hello@snakku.com

*For New First Time Customers: If you placed your order but the box hasn't shipped out yet and need change the shipping address, please contact us at hello@snakku.com before the last day of the month.

 

For all other use-cases, you can easily change your shipping address by following the guide below subscriptions.
  1. Log into your account by going to Snakku.com and then going to the top right and clicking "Sign In"

  2. Once you have logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" on the left

  3. You will see your current subscriptions listed. Click the "Edit" button next to where you see your shipping address. 

  4. Edit your shipping address and make sure to click "save" on the bottom.

*Please note that Signature Snakku Box subscriptions are processed on the 1st of every month, so you will need to make changes to your shipping address by the last day of the month prior. For Tasting Box subscriptions, orders are processed on the 10th of the month, so you will need to make changes to your shipping address by the 9th of the month.
