We provide tracking for Individual Snack Orders from our Snack Shop and for Tasting Box subscribers.
We do NOT provide tracking for the Signature Snakku Box. This is because providing tracking for shipping out of Japan would be extremely costly :(
After we ship out the boxes, you will receive an email notification. If your order comes with a tracking #, we will provide that to you too. Please provide 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Please be sure whitelist all messages from Snakku with your email provider and make sure that our emails are not being sent the spam or promotions tab.
