How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but if you must cancel, you can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your account. From there you can easily cancel your subscription after logging into your account. 

Signature Snakku Box:

  • You must cancel your subscription by the last day of the month prior to the month the box is shipped. (Ex: April boxes need to be cancelled by March 31). If you cancel your subscription after the last day of the month before your box ships out, your cancellation will be taken into account after you receive that month's box.

Tasting Box:

  • You must cancel your subscription by the 10th of every month. (Ex: April boxes need to be cancelled by April 10). If you cancel your subscription after the 10th of the month, your cancellation will be taken into account after you receive that month's box.

*Please note that if you cancel a subscription, it will only affect future subscription and not the current subscription. If you need to cancel your current subscription, shoot us an email at hello@snakku.com with your order # and we'll cancel the current month's box and refund the full amount.

*Multi-month subscriptions can not be cancelled in the middle of the subscription. Ex: if you bought a 3 month subscription in January, you can't cancel it for February or March. You can, however cancel it for April once the current subscription is completed. If you would like to skip months within a multi-month subscription, please follow this link.
